Lifted aromas of white grapefruit, lemon balm, crisp apple and white pear lead into a beautifully layered palate. Rich citrus fruit is complemented by delicate notes of butterscotch, sweet spice and finely integrated French oak. Ten months of lees ageing contribute a creamy texture, while vibrant acidity keeps the wine focused and elegant. The finish is long, textured and beautifully accented by lingering hazelnut notes.
