Markus Huber represents the tenth generation of his family to make wine in the Traisental. Since taking over in 2000, he has focused strongly on vineyard origin, particularly the limestone-rich terraces that give the region’s Grüner Veltliner and Riesling their characteristic tension and mineral definition. The estate has been a member of the Traditional Wineries of Austria since 2008 and converted all vineyards to organic certification in 2019.
