Founded in 2004 by Nicola Di Sipio, Cantina Di Sipio is a family-owned winery in Ripa Teatina, Abruzzo. The estate occupies 70 hectares of land overlooking the Adriatic Sea, with clay-limestone soils and the protective influence of the Majella mountains. Nicola acquired the land where his father had once worked as an agricultural labourer, transforming a family connection to the land into a contemporary wine estate. Today, the winery combines Abruzzo's native grape heritage with modern cellar techniques, producing expressive reds, fresh whites, distinctive Cerasuolo rosés and Metodo Classico sparkling wines. Under the guidance of consulting winemaker Graziana Grassini, Di Sipio continues to develop wines that balance regional identity, freshness and elegance.
