At vino.sg, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Return Policy
If you wish to return an item, you must do so within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You must also provide proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@vino.sg. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Please note that we do not offer returns for gift cards, perishable items, or personalized items.
Refund Policy
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your bank or credit card issuer’s policies.
Shipping Costs
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@vino.sg. We may require photos or other documentation to process your claim. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return or exchange.
