Markus Huber Sauvignon Blanc Terrassen 2025 comes from southeast-facing slopes over cool conglomerate soils. The grapes are crushed and given eight hours of skin contact before stainless-steel fermentation, followed by three months of bâtonnage for additional texture without losing varietal freshness.
