Aged 12 months in American and French oak, this dark red wine offers captivating pepper and paprika notes, cherry flavors, and a vivid southern charm.
Full-bodied with a distinct spiciness, its palate features juicy baked peppers, dark chocolate, and tobacco, complemented by soft tannins. Serve at 15-18°C with herb-crusted lamb, grilled Mediterranean vegetables, and Bossa Nova jazz.
