This red wine is made from 100% Carmenere, cultivated with a density of 5,500 vines per hectare in a unique microclimate in the heart of North Macedonia, it is meticulously hand-tended and harvested for optimal maturity.

Vinified in special oak tanks with a pneumatic punch-down system, it boasts exceptional color extraction and fine tannins.

Aged 12 months in American and French oak, this dark red wine offers captivating pepper and paprika notes, cherry flavors, and a vivid southern charm.

Full-bodied with a distinct spiciness, its palate features juicy baked peppers, dark chocolate, and tobacco, complemented by soft tannins. Serve at 15-18°C with herb-crusted lamb, grilled Mediterranean vegetables, and Bossa Nova jazz.
