An exuberant bouquet of bubblegum, tropical guava, wild cherry and candied musk is complemented by fresh-cut grass and complex yeasty aromas from bottle fermentation. Ghost Rock's Supernatural range represents the winery's commitment to minimal intervention winemaking—nothing added, nothing taken away. Produced in small quantities from early-picked Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grown on Tasmania's cool Cradle Coast, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts before being bottled to complete fermentation naturally using the Ancestral Method (Pétillant Naturel). The result is an authentic expression of Tasmania's cool-climate vineyards with freshness, texture and personality.
