Summer Skins is an innovative field blend that changes slightly each vintage while maintaining its unmistakable style. The 2025 release combines co-fermented Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris with skin-contact Pinot Gris and skinsy Riesling, creating a naturally expressive wine that reflects Tasmania's cool climate and diverse volcanic soils. Fermented naturally and matured in stainless steel, it preserves purity, freshness and authentic vineyard character.
