Gigondas La Cave La Référence 2020 is a Grenache-led blend from clay-limestone terraces and lower slopes of the Dentelles de Montmirail. Total destemming, cold pre-fermentation maceration and 21 days in vat produce ripe fruit, structure and balance without aggression.
