Wine introduction
Why this wine matters
While varieties such as Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc are widely recognised, Verdeca remains one of Italy's hidden treasures. Native to Puglia, it has long been valued for producing fresh, elegant white wines that reflect the region's Mediterranean climate and limestone-rich soils.
In the glass
Bright straw yellow with youthful green reflections.
The nose is fresh and aromatic, revealing green apple, ripe pear, bergamot and delicate white flowers.
Indigenous yeast fermentation allows the varietal character to remain pure and expressive, while stainless steel maturation preserves freshness and precision. The palate is lively yet elegant, balancing crisp acidity with gentle citrus fruit and a distinctive mineral character that lingers on the finish.
Light to medium-bodied with refreshing acidity, a silky texture and excellent balance.
Clean, persistent and mineral, leaving lingering notes of citrus, pear and delicate floral aromas.
