Ghost Rock's Supernatural range is produced with a philosophy of nothing added, nothing taken away. This Pinot Noir is sourced from nine different clones planted across the Cradle Coast, each harvested according to its individual ripeness. Wild yeast fermentation begins naturally before the wine is hand plunged daily, matured in seasoned French oak barrels and bottled unfined, unfiltered and with minimal sulphites, preserving the authentic expression of vineyard and vintage.
