The Bernard family, winemakers for three generations, tends a terraced vineyard of 4.5 hectares in St Véran, Beaumes de Venise. The 100% Muscat petits grains, grown on sandy, slightly stony soils, yield a golden Muscat de Beaumes de Venise. Manual harvesting and direct pressing and fortification with alcohol, achieving a minimum of 110 grams of sugar per liter. The result is an elegant wine with fresh fruit aromas of peaches, apricots, muscat, and citrus notes. Enjoy it as an aperitif, with blue-veined cheeses, or as a dessert paired with lemon meringue pie, and it makes an ideal match with Cavaillon melon. Ageing potential: 3 years. Serve at 6°C to 7°C.
