Vibrant, Fruity & Elegant – Crafted from 60-Year-Old Gamay Vines on Pink Granite Soils
The Ô Joie 2018 is a joyful expression of Beaujolais Gamay, born from pink granite and sandy soils at the foot of the estate. Sourced from 60-year-old vines undergoing organic conversion, this small-batch cuvée (only 3,000 bottles produced) captures both energy and elegance in every sip.
Vinified semi-carbonically and aged in concrete tanks with 30% matured in 400 L French oak barrels, it delivers a lively, fruit-forward character with a mineral backbone that reflects its terroir.
