Elegant Old Vine Sauvignon Blanc with Tropical Fruit, Citrus & Minerality

The Deux Frères Sauvignon Blanc Old Vines 2022 is produced from 37-year-old vines planted in 1985, grown on Masado soils (sandy over decomposed granite) in Stellenbosch. Recognised under WOSA’s Old Vines initiative, this wine embodies the character of mature vineyards, delivering both complexity and elegance.

Hand-harvested from a northwest-facing vineyard and crafted with precision, the 2022 vintage reflects the strength of the terroir and a philosophy of minimal intervention winemaking.

Complex, Fruity & Refined

  • Bright gold colour with green tinge

  • Aromas of dried pineapple, banana, orange zest, pear, quince & granadilla

  • Layered palate with ripe fruit, soft rounded acidity, and long finish

  • Elegant structure with balanced freshness and depth

  • Awarded 90 points (Gilbert & Gaillard) & 91 points (Stellenbosch Wine Review)

A versatile, age-worthy white wine that reflects both heritage and finesse.
