This white wine completes the lineup. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it undergoes slow, low-pressure pneumatic pressing, 100% destemming, and fermentation in tanks at controlled temperatures (17°C).

With aging potential of 2-3 years and tasting notes of citrus, ripe white fruits, and floral hints, it offers a fresh profile with a full-bodied texture.

Perfect for aperitifs, it effortlessly pairs with salads, fish, white meats, cheeses, and light meals.
