The Ô Joie2018, a beacon of organic conversion, radiates with vibrant energy, offering a fruity yet elegant wine.
Born from pink granite and sandy terroir, enriched by old alluvions, it delivers a mineral note to the blend sourced from vineyards in front of the estate. Harvested from the 60-year-old Gamay vines which contribute to a limited production of 3000 bottles. With a semi-carbonic traditional vinification, the wine ages in concrete tanks and 30% in 3 yo 400L barrels.
Bottled in January 2019, it boasts 12.5% ABV, providing joyful, dry notes of small red fruits and spices—truly a pure juice meant for sharing with friends until the end of the night.
