Crafted from a blend of 55% Grenache noir and 45% Mourvèdre, this Vinsobres Cru from the Drôme Provençale reveals the essence of its terroir, nestled between the Pre-Alps and Mont Ventoux.
With a rich history dating back to 1633, this red wine undergoes traditional vinification, including total destemming and an average maceration of around 15 days.
The result is a wine with a captivating garnet-red hue, exuding aromas of black fruit, violets, and spices. Its round and fresh profile, coupled with supple, silky tannins, offers a well-structured and elegant palate. Ideal for pairing with grilled red meat, fine game, or characterful poultry.
This cuvée boasts an aging potential of 3 to 7 years and is best served at 16-18°C.
