This Kratosija (85%) and Vranec (15%) blend, from 20-year-old vines in a unique microclimate, is meticulously hand-tended and harvested.
Vinified in special oak tanks with a pneumatic punch-down system, it achieves exceptional color extraction and fine tannins.
Aged 12 months in American and French oak, this deep dark scarlet wine reveals aromas of red and dark berries with hints of clove, mocha, and liquorice. The palate is elegant and complex, offering layers of ripe blackberries, dark cherries, and subtle spices. Full-bodied with excellent structure, it has soft velvety tannins that provide a smooth, rich texture. The wine finishes with a long, lingering aftertaste of mocha and liquorice, balanced by harmonic acids that enhance its ageing potential.
Serve at 15-18°C, with a five-year ageing capacity.
