The wine is Deep ruby colored

Bouquet

On the nose this wine reveals berry, raspberry, earthy, peppery fruit character, as well as a spice box note mixed with chocolate.

Palate

This medium to full bodied wine with medium acidity and high supple tannins. Expect a long finish.

Food Pairing

Pairs exquisitely with grilled meat, lamb, veal or pork.

Wine is to be served at 18C
